Hannah specialises in guiding clients through complex property transactions. She brings a wealth of experience of commercial property work, with a particular focus on landlord and tenant, acting for both owners and occupiers.
Hannah overseas high value investment acquisitions and the subsequent asset management and often works for overseas investors.
She acts for a number of clients in the retail and leisure sector, with clients that have and want to build large property portfolios. She has also dealt with office HQ moves for a number of the firm’s clients.
Hannah is our senior supervision lawyer, who overseas corporate support transactions, working closely with our corporate team to implement risk mitigation plans during the early stages of a deal, providing for a seamless process, avoiding delays and ensuring we deliver on extremely tight timescales.
Corporate deals, particularly in the healthcare sector, tend to involve substantial property portfolios – by way of example, recent transactions have resulted in the need to undertake detailed due diligence against 60 separate property assets. Hannah and the team add value with in depth experience of overseeing complex/multi asset projects of this nature.
