Vikki is an Associate in our Real Estate division.
Vikki joined our Real Estate department in 2017 and qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2023.
Vikki leads our Social Housing Sector within the Real Estate Division. Her role includes working closely with various Social Housing providers in particular Valleys to Coast and Trivallis. She deals with a range of both commercial and residential property matters which include acquisitions, general estate management, lease work, surrender and buy back and development works.
She also assists in the wider Real Estate Team, working for clients in the public and private sector on a range of commercial property transactions.
