Shaunna is a Senior Associate in the Real Estate team.

She specialises in real estate finance and dealing with multimillion pound transactions for major lenders such as HSBC Bank.

She is working for a wide range of clients across the public and private sectors, particularly further education colleges and private developers. She is currently involved in a multidisciplinary energy project for Menter Mon, including the delivery of a hydrogen scheme in North Wales.

As the Chair for the South Wales Forum for Tomorrow committee, Shaunna organises events for young professionals in the construction and property industry. She was also previously recognised as one of the 30 young lawyers to watch in Wales.

  • AJM have worked with the Capital team for several years.When we first engaged with Capital, we were gearing up for growth which meant selecting multiple sites across England for servicing commercial contracts with the NHS.

    The lead in time to mobilise in new locations is often extremely tight – since working with Capital, the number of sites we now occupy under varying lease arrangements has risen to 32.
