Owen is a Paralegal in our Commercial Disputes team.
Prior to joining Capital Owen worked as a Paralegal in a Personal Injury firm where he handled his own case load of PI claims.
During his time at university, he took part in a bro bono scheme that involved assisting local rugby clubs with the process of becoming incorporated companies.
- Assisting senior lawyers acting for 140 investors pursuing action against a fraudulent investment scheme.
- Working on disclosure exercises relating to the 4th National Lottery License Competition.
- Assisting senior lawyers acting for members and former members of a prominent UK investment fund management LLP in a multi-million pound fraud claim against its managing partner.
- Acting on various debt recovery matters.
- Working with a senior lawyer to defend a housing benefit discrimination claim.
