Kim is an Associate in our Commercial team. She specialises in commercial contracts, intellectual property and data protection.
Having completed her training contract, and worked for several years as an Associate at Allen & Overy LLP, Kim benefited from a career break to raise her 3 children before joining the Commercial team at Capital Law in 2024.
Kim works with clients on a variety of commercial work across a broad range of sectors and regularly advises clients on various aspects of intellectual property. She also drafts and negotiates commercial contracts, conducts commercial due diligence (advising on the commercial aspects of the sale and purchase of businesses) and advises on data protection compliance.
