Guto is Head of New Business at New North Litigation Capital, a subsidiary of Capital Law.
Guto has been part of the Capital group for over 16 years, solving business problems for clients in the public and private sector. As a litigator he’s worked on high value and complex matters and lead teams through sensitive investigations and major projects.
Guto is now Head of New Business at a subsidiary of Capital Law called New North Litigation Capital. New North is a litigation funding business that Guto helped create with colleagues that have seen too many good cases abandoned, because of a lack of financial resource. At New North, Guto uses his experience as a litigator to assess funding applications and to be a main point of contact for those who have good commercial claims, but don’t want to be burdened by the cost and risk of litigation.
Guto is a former trustee of Street Football Wales, a social-inclusion charity that aims to improve lives through football. He is also a director of a family-owned real estate business.
