Gabriella is a Solicitor in our Real Estate team.
She acts on behalf of landlords and tenants in a variety of leasehold related transactions. She is experienced in acting for both lender and borrower in portfolio refinances and has acted in the disposal of countless residential plots on behalf of various developers.
Prior to joining Capital Gabriella trained and qualified in a Swansea based firm. During her training she gained experience in Commercial and residential Property and Estates and trusts.
- Acting in a portfolio refinance, with the portfolio including both commercial and residential properties.
- Acting for both landlords and tenants in the initial drafting of the lease through to providing required documents pursuant to terms in existing lease, such as licences and deeds of covenants.
- Acting on the property aspects of various corporate disposals.
- Acting on behalf of freeholders in providing managements packs, replies to enquires and issuance of share certificates.
- Acting in the disposals of residential plots whilst ensuring compliance with the clients planning agreements with local authorities.
