Gabriella is an Associate in our Real Estate team.
Gabriella works closely with our Social Housing clients including Valleys to Coast, Trivallis and Southern Housing, on a wide range of both commercial and residential property matters. Her day-to-day work includes lease renewals, surrenders, granting of new leases, acquisitions, buy-back and development projects.
Most recently, Gabriella has been involved in large scale asset review projects for some of our key clients, including implementing new processes and systems around revised strategies for risk mitigation.
Gabriella also supports the wider Real Estate Team dealing with all aspects of landlord and tenant matters, from lease negotiations to ongoing asset management and most recently a prestigious multi million pound development project in North London.
