Fern focuses on contentious issues, advising clients on a broad range of corporate, commercial and individual disputes.
Fern’s practice areas include commercial and contractual disputes including those relating to breaches of contract, business and partnership disputes, commercial debt claims, and insolvency related litigation.
Fern deals with a range of property disputes, including disrepair claims, repairing obligations, and landlord and tenant disputes, both residential and commercial. She has a particular interest in environmental disputes work and has experience of advising on regulatory disputes relating to public law.
Fern enjoys maintaining a wide practice range and has a particular interest in alternative dispute resolution and dispute avoidance.
Fern is a member of the UK Environmental Law Association.
