Elen is a Solicitor in our Employment & Immigration team.
Elen joined Capital in September 2023 as a trainee solicitor and qualified into the Employment & Immigration team in September 2025.
Elen studied BSc Politics and International Relations at the University of Bath. Following this, she achieved both her Graduate Diploma in Law and LLM LPC at Cardiff University. Elen received a Distinction in her Masters’ degree, her dissertation was centered on recently employment status and rights.
