Elen is a Solicitor in our Employment & Immigration team.
Elen joined Capital in September 2023 as a trainee solicitor and qualified into the Employment & Immigration team in September 2025.
She completed her BSc in Politics and International Relations at the University of Bath. Following this, she achieved both her Graduate Diploma in Law and LPC LLM at Cardiff University recently completing her LLM dissertation on employment rights.
Elen has been involved in the Hugh James NHS Continuing Healthcare Pro Bono Scheme and volunteered at Support Through Court.
