Cath joined Capital Law as a Non-Executive Director in December 2024.
After a lengthy career as a partner in a City law firm where she helped financial services firms, insurers and corporates with employment law problems, Cath opted for a more diverse portfolio career. Among her various roles, she joined Investec Wealth as a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee. Over the course of eight years, she played a pivotal role in guiding the business through a period of significant transformation.
Cath is also a volunteer and Trustee of The Felix Project, a charity which collects surplus food from suppliers and delivers it to charities, who use it to feed the most vulnerable communities in London.
