Carrie is an experienced litigation lawyer, who advises a range of organisations, businesses, shareholders and directors on high-value commercial disputes (both domestic and international). She has a particular interest in cyber security and sits on the advisory board of the Welsh Cyber Resilience Centre. Her main practice areas are contractual disputes, company and shareholder disputes and cybersecurity and IT disputes. Carrie specialises in resolving disputes efficiently and effectively, and she favours negotiated settlements to court intervention.

Acting on behalf of a Silicon Valley artificial intelligence software provider in defence of a £multi-million Part 20 action brought by an international online ticket selling company in connection with a high-profile cyber security breach affecting its customers in 2018.

Representing the Club in high-value litigation, including an international transfer dispute with FC Nantes, a £multi-million claim brought by a former creditor and chairman, and a £multi-million professional negligence claim against its previous insurance brokers.
