New North offers finance for claims of £500,000 to £30 million (as well as larger amounts), bridging a vital gap in the UK market. In addition, New North is the only litigation provider led by vastly experienced lawyers, and backed by a strong national law firm, giving every claimant access to high-level legal expertise to assess their case.
In addition, this year our legal teams have also been busy facilitating innovation through initiatives such as our work with FinTech Wales, assisting fintech startups and scaleups by providing commercial advice in areas such as IP management, recruitment, and corporate structuring. Strengthening investment into such businesses is driving growth across the Welsh economy.
Our personal approach to supporting clients, from advisory and regulatory matters to public sector work and complex disputes, ensures that Capital’s innovation extends beyond the legal sector and has a positive impact on wider society.
