2023 review: Banking & Finance Deals

2023 has been a busy year for our Banking & Finance team, working with some of our amazing clients across a range of deal types, including leveraged & acquisition finance, real estate finance, debt restructuring & refinancing, secured and unsecured lending and term & revolving credit facilities.

Working on over 48 deals with a combined value totalling more than £300 million, 2023 has seen us work with a broad range of clients, from private equity funds and banks to private and public sector organisations, sports associations and more. We’ve grown our international experience, working on deals with cross-jurisdictional elements — whether it’s the U.S.A and Canada, closer to home in Ireland, France & Italy or the opposite side of the world in Australia.
