Capital recovers old problem debt for FuelsEurope
We worked with FuelsEurope – formerly known as Europia – the voice of the European petroleum refining industry. It’s a division of the European Petroleum Refiners Association, which has 42 members.
What we did:
FuelsEurope approached us for advice and help with recovering outstanding membership fees from one of the largest petroleum companies in the world. The company had been ignoring FuelsEurope’s requests for payment.
We advised the board on a strategy, agreeing to go in hard with a ‘statutory demand’. It worked – and we had the money back in four days. Before we came in, the debt had been unpaid for years.
