Gabriella is an Associate in our Real Estate team.
Gabriella works across the Real Estate team dealing with all aspects of landlord and tenant matters, from lease negotiations to ongoing asset management. Gabriella also forms part of the corporate support sub team within the team, and assists our corporate colleagues on real estate elements of corporate transactions.
Gabriella also works closely with our Social Housing clients including Valleys to Coast and Trivallis, on a wide range of both commercial and residential property matters, including lease renewals, development projects and buy backs. Most recently, Gabriella has been involved in supporting one of the firm’s clients in their expansion of stock held with the aid of multiple Welsh Government funding pots available.
