Trainee Solicitor | Commercial Disputes

Megan is a Trainee Solicitor in our Commercial Disputes team.

Megan is currently undergoing her third seat supporting the Commercial Disputes team.

Previously, Megan’s second seat was within the Corporate and Private Equity team, supporting on all aspects of corporate transactions, including acquisitions and investments.

Additionally, Megan spent a year as a Paralegal and a Trainee in the Employment and Immigration team supporting on Employment Tribunal litigation cases, investigations, and co-presented Capital’s 2024 Employment Law Update Breakfast Briefing.

Megan studied BA Philosophy and Welsh at Cardiff University and graduated with First Class Honours before graduating in the Graduate Diploma in Law and Master of Laws there. Megan’s Masters dissertation focused on the legal and ethical impact of zero-hours contracts and the gig economy on the UK labour market.

During her studies, she was involved in University Pro-Bono schemes and gained work experience in various law firms.

Megan is a fluent Welsh speaker.
