Oliver is a Solicitor in our Commercial Disputes team.
Oliver assists with a variety of commercial disputes. He has a specific interest in regulatory disputes including contentious financial services, particularly in the FinTech space, and public regulatory disputes.
Oliver previously worked for the Quality Assurance Agency – the UK’s Higher Education regulator. He has a PhD in LegalTech and has published works on law and technology, and legal aspects of AI.
Oliver trained with Capital, completing seats with the Financial Services, Commercial, Commercial Disputes and Corporate & Private Equity teams. During this time, he spent three months on secondment with one of our InsurTech clients, where he worked closely with their legal and regulatory compliance department.
