Alex leads the business immigration team, successfully supporting companies and individuals with immigration issues, including understanding the immigration options when hiring international talent. Alex has many years’ experience helping businesses obtain a sponsor licence and understand their compliance duties. She works with employers on right to work checking processes and avoiding illegal working. An expert on global mobility, she advises organisations and individuals on international remote working.
Alex advises on all areas of employment law, including HR advisory work, employee exits, discipline and performance management, grievances, gender pay gap reporting, and equal pay. She is an experienced investigator trusted with supporting complex disciplinary and grievance issues.
Alex regularly delivers training on topics including sponsor compliance, global mobility, and gender pay gap reporting.
