Louise is an Associate in our Employment & Immigration Team.
Louise has experience acting for clients on both contentious and non-contentious employment matters, providing advice on employer and employee disputes in matters leading up to and including tribunal hearings.
She also provides general HR advice and has experience advising and drafting settlement agreements and COT3 agreements. Louise has delivered training sessions across a wide range of employment law matters.
Louise joined Capital Law in September 2026. Prior to joining the firm, Louise practiced in house with NHS Wales, advising on a broad range of employment law matters.
