It’s been another busy year for our Debt Finance team. We’ve worked with some of our amazing clients across a range of deal types, including leveraged and acquisition finance, real estate finance, debt restructuring and refinancing, bond issuances and litigation finance.
Working on over 50 deals with a combined value totalling more than £500 million, 2025 has seen us work with a diverse range of clients, from private equity funds and banks to private and public sector organisations and more. We’ve worked both nationally and internationally, in the UK, Italy, USA, Canada and Australia.
