Alicia is a New Zealand-qualified solicitor who has joined the Commercial Team at Capital Law from a leading New Zealand firm specialising in technology, media and intellectual property.
Alicia brings experience acting for clients across a broad range of technology and media sectors, advising on commercial contracts, technology procurement, licensing arrangements, data protection and strategic commercial issues. She takes a practical, commercially grounded approach to supporting clients – identifying key business objectives and risks, and ensuring clients are robustly protected within their commercial reality.
Alicia has a particular interest in supporting businesses in technology-driven sectors, where she enjoys working closely with clients to deliver pragmatic solutions to complex legal challenges.
