Gruffudd Evans is a Paralegal in our Commercial Disputes team.
Gruffudd joined Capital in May 2025 having previously worked as a Litigation Paralegal at a Cardiff-based law firm. Gruffudd developed his skills assisting landlords and tenants on property disputes under the Renting Homes (Wales) Act, as well as debt recovery claims.
Since joining Capital, Gruffudd has worked closely with the Property Litigation team, working on matters such as housing disrepair disputes, and matters relating to the Renting Homes (Wales) Act.
Gruffudd has volunteered on multiple projects with Cardiff University, including an environmental-based project and a scheme supporting clubs which are part of the Welsh Rugby Union with incorporation.
