Employment Tribunal claims are already on the rise, and with the Employment Rights Bill expected to become law later this year, it may be inevitable that employers will find themselves defending claims. Having to attend an employment tribunal can be daunting, and often there is unqualified advice around how to prepare.
Capital Law boasts a large team of highly skilled, and battle tested Employment Tribunal litigators. We have teamed up with barristers at Five Paper chambers, to bring you an interactive employment tribunal providing an educational and insightful experience. You will participate either as co-counsel to the Claimant and Respondent advocates, strategizing and planning cross examination for the tribunal witnesses, or as panel members for the tribunal itself identifying gaps in the evidence before you, questioning the witnesses and ultimately reaching a decision.
What will be included in the session?
