Sarah joined Capital in 2018, following 16 years in the financial services industry.
As HR Director, Sarah is responsible for the people strategy, leading the HR team and working with the senior management team to ensure our people strategy supports both business growth and ensures Capital continues to be a great place to work. Passionate about people and making a difference, Sarah is committed to ensuring HR plays a pivotal role in supporting colleague and Capital’s success. Sarah is also a member of the Board and the Executive Team.
