Our Board
Our Board is responsible for creating our strategy and ensuring it’s delivered, as well as overseeing our finances, risk and compliance. It has two sub-committees, one for People and Reward and the other for Risk and Compliance.
Executive team
Our Executive Team, led by Elin Pinnell our Managing Partner, is responsible for delivering the firm’s strategy and the day to day development of our business.
