Toni Lewis

Associate | Commercial Disputes

Toni is an Associate in our Commercial Disputes team.

She acts for businesses, directors, entrepreneurs and private individuals in a wide range of disputes, including fraud claims, contractual disputes, shareholder disputes, intellectual property and reputation-related matters.

Toni appreciates that disputes rarely affect a business in isolation. She takes time to understand her clients’ commercial objectives and the broader impact that litigation may have on their operations, reputation and relationships. By combining strategic thinking with practical legal advice, she helps clients navigate complex disputes with confidence.

Recognising that litigation can be an unfamiliar and stressful experience, Toni takes pride in building strong relationships with her clients and being a trusted point of contact throughout the process. She provides clear, straightforward advice and works closely with clients to ensure they understand their options, feel supported and remain focused on achieving the right outcome.

Whenever possible, Toni works with clients to achieve an early and commercial resolution through negotiation, mediation or other forms of alternative dispute resolution. Where proceedings are necessary, she provides pragmatic advice and develops robust litigation strategies to help clients advance and protect their position.

Toni has a particular interest in matters that sit at the intersection of litigation, reputation and the media, helping clients protect both their legal position and their wider commercial interests.
