Toby is a Solicitor in our Real Estate division.

Toby trained at Capital Law and qualified into the Real Estate division in September 2023. During his training contract, he spent the majority of his time in the Real Estate team, where he gained a high level of experience in all aspects of commercial property.

Since qualifying he continues to deal with landlord and tenant matters, acquisitions, disposals and supporting with the real estate aspects of corporate acquisitions.

Most recently, Toby dealt with multiple disposals of healthcare facilities following successful settlement of a major dispute by our litigation team. Toby also dealt with the re-gear and major works project for a theatre in Mid Wales.

He also acts for the British Medical Association and regularly advises GP partnerships on matters relating to their premises.

  • AJM have worked with the Capital team for several years.When we first engaged with Capital, we were gearing up for growth which meant selecting multiple sites across England for servicing commercial contracts with the NHS.

    The lead in time to mobilise in new locations is often extremely tight – since working with Capital, the number of sites we now occupy under varying lease arrangements has risen to 32.
