Oliver is a Trainee Solicitor in our Corporate & Private Equity team.

Oliver studied LLB Law and Politics at Cardiff University. On graduating, he spent a year as Vice President (Education) of Cardiff University Students’ Union, taking responsibility at directorate level for academic and university affairs within the organisation. Following this, he obtained funding from the Economic and Social Research Council to study an MSc in socio-legal research, in which he achieved a Distinction, and a PhD in LegalTech. He is currently rewriting parts of his research for publication in academic and practitioner texts.

During his doctorate, Oliver taught Public Law at Cardiff University and A-Level Law at a Further Education college. He has also worked as a reviewer for the Quality Assurance Agency, the regulatory body within Higher Education. Oliver achieved a Distinction in his LPC at the University of South Wales.
