Michael is a Solicitor in our Banking and Finance team.

Michael obtained his law degree from Queen Mary University of London. Since graduating in 2012 he has gained extensive experience in both contentious and non-contentious banking and finance issues.

Michael acts for both lenders and borrowers on corporate, commercial and real estate transactions specialising in a range of debt finance work including acquisition and development finance. He regularly reviews security and facility documentation on behalf of clients and is able to provide clear, straightforward advice to clients on the various risks involved.

  • Acting for Julian Hodge Bank in various development finance matters to enable borrowers to obtain the finance needed to fund large scale residential projects.
  • Acting on behalf of the Welsh rugby regions to negotiate an extension to their current facility in place with the Welsh Rugby Union.
  • Acting for Westbridge Capital on its £9.6m investment in Bespoke Health & Social Care, a leading provider of complex care in the community.
