Jamie is a Senior Associate in our Commercial team specialising in intellectual property.
Prior to joining Capital Law, Jamie was a Senior Associate in the IP Commercial & Litigation team at Deacons in Hong Kong, where she advised clients on contentious and non-contentious matters in all types of IP, data privacy, and other commercial law issues.
Jamie has acted for clients in a broad range of sectors including tech, media & entertainment, and luxury brands in relation to brand clearance searches, IP enforcement, anti-counterfeiting programmes, company and domain name disputes, and commercialising and exploiting IP (such as by way of licensing, assignment, or taking security over IP).
As a lifelong gamer, Jamie has a particular interest in the video games sector and is able to leverage on her experience in IP law and knowledge of the industry when advising game development studios and publishers.
