Emma is a Paralegal in our Financial Services team.

Emma graduated with a law degree from the University of the West of England and went on to work at an international city firm in their banking team for five years, where she also studied for her LPC and a master’s degree in legal practice.

During her career as a banking paralegal, Emma has had the opportunity to assist a variety of lender and borrower clients on debt finance work in relation to corporate, commercial, and real estate transactions. She assists the legal team with drafting, transaction management, liaising with stakeholders and external counsel during the instruction, through to completion, and handling any required post-completion issues.
