In 2006, Elin co-founded Capital Law with our current Senior Partner Christopher Nott, and Duncan Macintosh.
She led the Employment Law department for ten years, before stepping into the role of Managing Partner in 2016.
As Managing Partner Elin plays a key role in shaping Capital Law’s long-term strategy – and making sure it is delivered day-to-day. Elin sits on the firm’s main Board and chairs both the Executive and Operations Teams, with team leaders and heads of central services reporting directly to her.
Elin is also at the heart of The Capital Way, our commitment to providing legal services differently. She brings a strong focus on culture, a human approach to leadership, and a belief that great legal work comes from developing and supporting exceptional people.
