Elena is an Associate in our Employment & Immigration team.
Elena joined the firm in January 2026, having trained in-house in the police and practiced in another Cardiff firm. Elena has a wealth of experience dealing with employment tribunal matters, particularly with public sector clients, ranging from unfair dismissal to discrimination claims.
Elena advises clients on both contentious and non-contentious matters, both in the public and private sector. She advises on employer and employee disputes, leading up to and including tribunal hearings. She also advises on employee exits and settlement agreements and COT3 agreements.
Elena is a fluent Welsh speaker and is happy to offer advice in both Welsh and English.
