Charlotte advises clients in a broad range of corporate and commercial disputes, with a focus on reputation management.
She has experience assisting clients in contract disputes, director and shareholder disputes, warranty claims and other post M&A issues, contentious data protection and IP and contested estates. Charlotte has a particular interest in helping clients explore alternative dispute resolution and dispute avoidance.
Charlotte has experience in representing clients in the County Court, High Court and Court of Appeal and gained her Higher Rights of Audience (civil) in January 2024.
