Benjamin Liebenberg

Benjamin is a Solicitor in our Corporate & Private Equity team.

He assists with domestic and international corporate transactions such as acquisitions, disposals, investments, and group reorganisations. Previously, he served as in-house general counsel at Swansea University, providing legal and compliance advice to the Vice-Chancellor’s Office.

Benjamin’s international experience gained while living and studying in South Africa, Israel, and the UK, informs his practical approach to legal matters. He holds a first-class LLB and achieved a distinction in his combined LPC/LLM from Swansea University.
