Anukrit Bhargava

Anukrit is a Senior Associate in our Debt Finance team and is based in London.

Anukrit is a dual-qualified lawyer and advises on matters of both English and Indian law. He specialises in corporate debt finance, including real estate finance, secured and unsecured lending, corporate loans, refinancing, venture debt. Anukrit also has experience advising Indian financial institutions, alternative finance providers and companies on a range of financing transactions and matters.

Before joining Capital Law in 2025, Anukrit worked as an associate in the banking and finance practice at Memery Crystal. He has previously worked at ICICI Bank, India’s largest private bank and Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, India’s largest full-service law firm.
