Capital advises classic Mercedes-Benz restoration specialist on investment
We worked with Cardiff-based firm, Hemmels, supporting them to gear up for expansion following a multi-million pound investment boost
Hemmels, a post-war Mercedes-Benz restoration specialist, has received investment from Mobeus, allowing it to build its engineering capability and expand its work force. Hemmels aims to open a new US site in Los Angeles later this year.
Hemmels was presented with offers from various Private Equity specialists, and we’re pleased to have advised it Capital on its investment from Mobeus.
The deal was covered significantly in the press. It’s also been shortlisted for Insider Wales Dealmakers Venture Capital Deal of the Year.
