The Role
We’re looking for a proactive and highly organised Office Manager to join our London office. This is a key role that ensures the smooth running of our day-to-day operations and provides outstanding support to our staff and clients. The role is onsite based in our Farringdon office five days a week.
Key Requirements
- Act as the first point of contact for staff and clients, ensuring a warm and professional welcome, providing refreshments as needed.
- Maintain a well-functioning, safe and compliant office environment, including weekly water temperature checks, fire door inspections, and general maintenance, reporting any issues to the Facilities Manager.
- Coordinate travel and accommodation bookings for staff.
- Manage office suppliers and service providers (cleaners, maintenance, stationary etc).
- Support health and wellbeing initiatives in the London office.
- Organise small scale staff and client events.
- Managing meeting room bookings and office schedules.
- Work closely with staff to ensure smooth and efficient administrative support.
Please note: There will be occasion when you need to work outside standard hours, which will be reimbursed as Time Off in Lieu (TOIL).
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as an Office Manager.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Confident communicator with a professional and approachable manner.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong work ethic and a willingness to go above and beyond.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Onsite work required – this role is based at our London office (Farringdon). You will be required to work in the office five days a week, Monday to Friday, from 8.30 a.m. -5.30 p.m.
