In the last 12 months alone, we have acted on transactions in the healthcare sector with a total deal value of over £100 million and a portfolio of over 70 properties.

We advised the owners on the sale of Surrey based residential and supported living specialist care provider known as Cavendish Care to ivolve Group (formerly Envivo Group).
We advised the shareholders of a large South Wales provider of specialist residential, supported living and domiciliary care to people with complex mental ill health and learning disabilities, on their sale to a large and well known acquiror in the sector.
We advised the owners of Recovery Care Group, a provider of specialist supported living services to people with complex mental ill health, learning disabilities or substance misuse, on their sale to Accomplish Group.
We advised the shareholders of Crusader, a specialist nursing care provider, on the sale to Envivo (now ivolve Group).
We advised nursing care provider Bellavista on the largest care home acquisition in Wales in 2020 when it acquired the Waverley Care Centre.
We act for Bespoke (backed by WestBridge Capital) and advised on its acquisition of Team Healthcare Acquisitions, a specialist in care for brain injury and neurological disorders.
We advised PDQ Technologies Ltd, an online private healthcare provider, on its Series A and Series B investment rounds.
We act for leading NHS wheelchair service provider AJM on its buy and build acquisition programme, having previously advised the sellers, including longstanding client WestBridge, on their exit and sale to Livingbridge.
We acted for Development Bank of Wales in relation to biotechnology company BiVictriX Therapeutics’ listing on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange.
We are a trusted adviser to our longstanding client WestBridge. We’ve acted on 15 investments across their first and second fund and 6 exits, including:
- a £9.6m investment in Bespoke Health & Social Care, a leading provider of complex care in the community
- an investment and exit from AJM Healthcare.
We provide general corporate and commercial advisory support to PCI Pharma Services, an international pharmaceutical services provider.
We are trusted advisers to the British Medical Association and its members, providing wide ranging support that includes contractual and corporate governance advice.
We have advised multiple management teams on company led MBOs, including the acquisition of Millbrook Healthcare.
We provide general corporate and commercial advisory support to Flexicare and have assisted the company on a number of small strategic acquisitions.
