Rachel is a Solicitor in our Commercial Disputes team.
Rachel has experience advising a range of clients on various commercial disputes including contractual disputes, breach of data protection and IP infringement. She has experience of high value fraud claims and regulatory investigations.
Rachel joined Capital in January 2021 as a trainee. During her training contract, she led Capital Law’s pro bono initiative which provides guidance and support to students who volunteer at the University of South Wales (USW) Legal Advice Clinic.
Prior to joining Capital, Rachel gained litigation experience working as a Child Safeguarding Paralegal at Neath Port Talbot Local Authority. Prior to completing her LPC at Swansea University, Rachel worked as a Medical Negligence Paralegal where she assisted on multi-million pound complex cases in the Royal Courts of Justice.
