Natasha is an Associate in the Construction team.

Natasha has vast experience in dealing with all forms of construction matters but now focuses on advising employers in the social housing, retail and education sectors, but also contractors and specialist sub-contractors, in non-contentious matters. Natasha has a particular interest in energy projects, recently being involved in a solar farm project for Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough Council (RCTCBC).

Natasha has worked with, drafted and negotiated amendments to the standard form JCT suite of contracts, NEC3, NEC4, PP contracts and bespoke contracts for construction and energy projects. She also has prior experience with defect claims and advising clients on cladding and external façade works in high and mid to low rise buildings. Natasha also forms part of the team working with financial institutions as well as the corporate support team advising on construction due diligence elements of transactions.

Natasha plays a key role advising the board at Net Zero Industry Wales as well as being heavily involved in the governance and success of the South Wales Industrial Cluster.
