Charlotte advises clients in a broad range of corporate, commercial and individual disputes.
She has experience assisting clients in contractual disputes, contentious data protection and contested estates. Charlotte has a particular interest in alternative dispute resolution and dispute avoidance.
Charlotte has experience in representing clients in the County Court, High Court and Court of Appeal and gained her civil Higher Rights of Audience (civil) in January 2024.
