The positive outcome follows intense behind the scenes talks which led Mr Hammam to drop his legal action – thereby avoiding a costly trial.
Chris Nott, Wayne Beynon, and Carrie Gwyther, from Capital Law’s Commercial Disputes team, have been representing Cardiff City FC throughout the process, working closely with the club’s chairman, Mehmet Dalman.
The settlement, agreed on confidential terms, sees Mr Hammam officially step down as the club’s Life President.
