Capital advises UK’s first independent tyre comparison website on £3m investment
We worked with Motokiki, the UK’s first independent tyre comparison website, on its £3m investment from the Development Bank of Wales and Maven Capital Partners.
Port Talbot-based Motokiki is the UK’s first independent vehicle tyre comparison site, co-founded by Richard Bailey and former managing director of Confused.com, Debra Williams.
Following the £3m investment, Motokiki will develop strategic new partners, develop its brand and grow its customer base. Our Corporate team advised Motokiki, preparing the full suite of equity documents and overseeing completion of the investment.
