A significant milestone in the growth of the company for our longstanding client, Veezu, who has relocated its HQ office to Hodge House, which has recently undergone a £17 million refurbishment.

The Old Library

The Royal Welsh College of Music & Drama has taken a long lease of this iconic Grade II Listed building with plans for a new rehearsal space and a vibrant programme of public performances and events across music and drama.

The Waterstones building

Following the successful acquisition of a property spanning the Hayes and Wharton Place by ARASAM Ltd; Dutch eyewear specialist, Ace & Tate, has been granted a lease for its first premises in Wales pushing forward on its ambitious growth strategy.

The Hayes Apartments

Providing asset management for Land Securities on 300+ units of the Hayes Apartments in one of the UK’s economic hotspots.

Porters Harlech Court

Cardiff’s iconic bar and music venue, Porter’s has moved to a new premises following negotiation and agreement of their new lease, that allows them the creative freedom to develop a multi-purpose space that meets their needs and invest in this venue for the future.

Wyndham Arcade

Known as the City of Arcades with seven Victorian and Edwardian arcades, FinTech Wales secured its lease in the striking red brick archway that fronts Wyndham Arcade, positioning them right in the heart of the city centre – the perfect location to continue to develop their FinTech partnerships.

Park House on Greyfriars Road

Marking a significant commitment to their strategic move into Wales, ARASAM Ltd purchased Park House (through a related company), expanding their UK projects from London and the Midlands.

One Central Square

In their commitment to support the scale up of Welsh tech start-ups, Hodge Bank has sublet a scaling space on the fifth floor of the One Central Square building to Tramshed Tech in their latest partnership.
