We’re looking for a Compliance Administrator to support our Compliance team with assisting with the client and matter onboarding process, with a focus on client due diligence (CDD) and anti-money laundering (AML) procedures, on a 12-month fixed term contract.
Key Requirements
- Assist the client and matter opening process by conducting CDD and AML checks on new and existing clients to assist their risk profiles
- Ensure that client documentation and information are accurate and up to date
- Investigate and analyse client backgrounds, business activities, and ownership structures
- Identify and escalate and high-risk or suspicious client profiles to the Compliance team
- Assist with conducting file reviews
- Respond to routine compliance queries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a positive onboarding experience
What We’re Looking For
- Knowledge and experience of dealing with CDD/AML for a wide range of client types, including private individuals, corporates, partnerships and trusts
- A keen analytical eye, with great attention to detail
- Excellent client care skills
- Great communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Strong administrative and IT skills to include Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to multi-task, prioritise a high-volume workload and meet deadlines
- Ability to work under pressure, adapt to changing requirements and identify opportunities for improvement
- Team focus with a flexible and collaborative approach to working with others, but also to work alone
