Annabel acts on disputes relating to defamation, contract, commercial and residential landlord and tenant matters, boundaries and easements.

Annabel joined the Commercial Disputes team in February 2022 as a Newly Qualified Solicitor. During her training Annabel assisted on transactional matters as well as employment disputes.

  • Advising a commercial landlord in relation to a tenant’s breach of lease covenants and forfeiture during the tenant’s administration.
  • Advising in relation to alleged defamation of a CEO of a housing association during tenders for contracts being negotiated.
  • Advising electricity operatives in relation to access to secure apparatus and ongoing access for maintenance purposes.
  • Advising on misrepresentation following a residential conveyance.
  • Advising a commercial landlord in relation to dilapidations.
  • Serving notices under LTA 1954 to terminate a lease with no renewal.
  • Serving notices under LTA 1954 to terminate a lease and offer a renewal lease on differing terms.
