Angharad is a Senior Associate in our Commercial Disputes team.

Angharad specialises in property related disputes, commercial litigation, and professional negligence claims.

She deals with a broad range of property disputes including possession claims, forfeiture proceedings, dilapidation claims, rights of way and boundary disputes and claims for adverse possession.

Having acted for mortgage lenders in dealing with mortgage-related property, professional negligence and mortgage fraud litigation, Angharad has expertise in remedying property title defects both by transactional means; and through applications to the Land Registry/First Tier Tribunal or Court.

Angharad has acted for clients ranging from lenders and insurers to other businesses (small, medium and large) and private individuals. She provides training to clients and delivered a presentation at the Welsh Fraud Forum on “Fraud in Lender Claims”.

Angharad is a fluent Welsh speaker.

  • Conduct of proceedings involving mortgage fraud, including the handling of a multi million pound professional negligence claim.

  • Acting for claimant landlords in proceedings for forfeiture of commercial leases.
