Your Training Contract with Capital Law
We’re looking for exceptional candidates to join our team. As a trainee solicitor, you’ll receive first-class training and development in a supportive environment that’s committed to helping you grow. Our comprehensive two-year training contract is designed to equip you with the knowledge, skills, and commercial awareness necessary to excel as a solicitor. Your journey begins with our tailored Trainee Induction Programme, designed to maximize your potential and set you up for success.
What can you expect?
During your training contract, you’ll rotate through 4 six-month seats across different practice areas, giving you a well-rounded experience and the chance to discover where your passion lies. You’ll gain hands-on experience working on complex cases and projects with real clients, supported by a dedicated mentor and supervisor in each seat. Your rotations may include areas such as:
- Commercial Disputes
- Corporate & Commercial
- Real Estate
- Employment & Immigration
While we strive to accommodate your preferences, seat allocation is ultimately based on business needs and availability.
Beyond day-to-day work, you’ll participate in workshops, group activities, presentations, and networking events, ensuring you build strong relationships across the firm. You’ll also have the opportunity to develop key skills through tailored training sessions and engage with colleagues at all levels.
