The team of independent HR Consultants consists of experienced, professionally qualified, HR practitioners and people managers who have been consulting for a minimum of 2 years. We have all held senior people management roles across a range of industries in the private, public and voluntary sector.
Our experience spans the broad spectrum of Human Resource management; from setting up HR departments to mergers and TUPEs, improving communications to mediating disputes, conducting employee satisfaction surveys to implementing performance management frameworks and from managing recruitment campaigns to designing organisational restructures.
Capital HR is based in Cardiff and London. The team operates nationally with a particular focus on South Wales, the South West and the M4 corridor. We are also available to work outside the UK if you need us to.
